The Monolith Classic Heat Deflector Stone With Lifter features two half moon ceramic stones that will deflect heat to different sides of the grill.
Combined with the Charcoal Basket, two different heating zones can be created to split the monolith in half, allowing both direct and indirect heating to different foods. The deflector stones will prevent heat from rising one side therefore pushing it to the other.
